Damien has over 14 years’ experience working inside the film/TV industry. Starting his career in TV broadcast he found his way into film and commercial production as an Assistant Director. Working on Feature Films, TVC’s and more.
Working as Head of Operations of Fusion Studios has helped work with performers finding their feet inside the industry. Also included in his work is co-ordinating events such as The Australian Convention of Actors and Artists which was held annually between 2015-19.
